In any type of study of the scriptures, it is impossible to search very long without "the blood" becoming a focal point. It should be understood that the bible dwells in consistency. There would not be a requirement for the Children of Israel in one place and the same not be required at a latter point in time. In reading Daniel Chapter 3, the Hebrew children are in bondage in Babylon; a request was made for all to bow down before the image of King Nebuchadnezzar. For those familiar with this story, the three Hebrew children refused to do so. The fact that they would not did not come from a decision they had made over the last few years. The decision made by each was based upon teachings of the Law of the Lord as in Deuteronomy 6:4 ( Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:). To understand this one must read from the first of this chapter; this was an instruction from Jehovah to teach all from the beginning for the blessings of the Lord to be upon them.
The "Blood Line" in scripture begins with the redemption of mankind; after the fall in the Garden of Eden. The nakedness of Adam and Eve could only be covered with the "shedding of blood."
Genesis 3:21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
(God created means to speak into existence from nothing, things made come from something already there)
Hebrews 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
Understand that the blood which saves mankind from sin is the same that brings salvation to a lost world. Many in Christendom would like to remove such subjects from the scripture but to do so would remove the "life" from every believers hope. Modern science will tell you that life to any man, creature or beast whom are classified as "warm-bloodied" and oxygen is carried to all parts of the body in this form of transportation.
Salvation and Healing:
When a discussion of the blood is mentioned, it is impossible not to mention both healing and salvation. This part of the "spiritual equation" cannot be left out if we are to be delivered from sin and have the life of a successful Christian. When a study of the first church is undertaken, three (3) aspects or elements are part of the body of Christ. The blood, water and spirit are life sources to the revelation, these do not contradict each other but instead go together.
